Qualifications

In 2002 when I completed the Leadership Rockwall program I knew I wanted to
serve The Citizens of the City of Rockwall. After graduation I became the
Chairman of the Leadership Rockwall Advisory Committee. It was my
responsibility, along with other advisory members, to manage the program as well
as serve as one of the Co-Chairmen to the next class of Leadership Rockwall
candidates. Since that time I have had the privilege to be part of the program
and be involved with every class. It is during this time that I have forged
relationships with every leader from State Legislators to City government. When
I become your City Councilman I will already have good working relationships
with everyone including elected officials as well as city staff. I have prepared
myself for this position since I came to Rockwall in 1999. My experience
